by Liesel Moak Skorpen

This week’s new dial-a-story is “We Were Tired of Living in a House” by Liesel Moak Skorpen. Has the cold weather given you cabin fever? This story is about three children who decide they are tired of living in a house. They try a tree, a pond, a cave, and the seashore, but in each place something unusual happens to make them move on to the next place-and finally back home. Where would you live if you were tired of living in a house? Children can call 289-8069 to hear this free story over the telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as a service of the Attala County Library provided by the Mid-Mississippi Regional Library System and an LSTA grant from the Mississippi Library Commission.
