Jerry Mayo, Manager of the Sunflower Food Store on Hwy 12 E was the guest
reader for this week's dial-a-story at the Attala County Library.  He read
"Green Eggs and Ham" by Dr. Seuss. Children can call the dial-a-story line
to hear this story over the telephone at 289-8069. This week will finish up
the March Dr. Seuss promotion at the Attala County Library in honor of Dr.
Seuss's birthday which was March 2nd.  Children who came to the library
during the month of March could register to win one of five brand new Dr.
Seuss books including "Green Eggs and Ham." The other books to be given away by random drawing on March 31st are "The Cat in the Hat," "Horton Hatches the Egg," "One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish," and "Scrambled Eggs Super!" Book winners will be notified by telephone.

Library System and an LSTA grant from the Mississippi Library Commission.
